Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Missed appointments (no call) will be charged in full for all services booked. Because other clients may be in need of treatment, we ask that you be respectful of your appointment by following the cancellation policy. While we do offer a reminder call at your request, this call is simply a courtesy and you are responsible for maintaining your own calendar.
Late Policy
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to help you still receive a relaxing session. However, we also need to maintain a specific schedule to meet the needs of all our clients. If you are late for an appointment, the massage will be given within the remaining time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule the appointment. In either case, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
Sick Policy
Massage and infections do not mix! If you are not feeling well or sense the start of an infection of some sort, please notify us and we will gladly help you reschedule your session. Not only does this minimize the spread of viruses, but sometimes massage can actually make you feel worse when you are fighting off an infection.
Payment Policy
Payment for your session is due at the end of your appointment. Equilibrio gladly accepts cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. In the event that your check is returned from the bank, an additional $30 fee will be assessed to cover bank fees incurred. All returned checks must be reconciled within 7-days.
