If you purchase it online you can indicate whether you prefer to pick it up or have it mailed to you or the recipient via snailmail.

Need the certificate asap? You may purchase your gift certificate ONLINE with a major credit card. Within 24 hours, Equilibrio will email you a PDF file that you can print out. The gift certificate will be personalized to the recipient you name.

Gift Certificate Redemption Policy Per California state law, gift certificates do not expire. Additionally, gift certificates are transferable to another person upon request of the recipient. At purchase, the buyer will supply name and contact information for recipient who will be contacted by Equilibrio if the certificate is not used within 12 months time. Our policies aim to honor the purchaser’s intention of providing wellness and relaxation to the recipient.
