You're at home. We're at home. Let's Zoom.
While we are now offering in-person sessions, that's not right for every family! We're still providing support online.
Our work has always been education-focused. And while the COVID-19 situation has shut down our in-person massage work, we've converted several of our favorite support sessions to an online format (and at prices much lower than in-person).
Here are some of our immediate offerings. Call, text or email if you'd like to learn more or see if it's a good fit for you.

Did you know the more massage you get, the more the benefits are amplified? Makes sense, right? Fortunately, it doesn't have to be a professional massage.
In this special Partner Massage Instruction session, we will work with you and your partner to help them get the tools to transform their massage techniques from "good" to "great."

We'll walk your partner through common concerns such as "my hands hurt after 5 minutes!" and talk them through giving you more effective massage help now!

This session lets your partner have a concrete way to be involved and stay tuned in with you and the pregnancy. We'll cover the benefits of partner massage at home and how to incorporate massage into your birthing plans.

Infant massage is an ancient art of families giving loving touch tot their babies. It's found in cultures across the globe and spans generations. It helps with family bonding, calms your baby and calms the caregiver (you!), too. This is a private session just for your family conducted virtually via Zoom. Our specially trained massage therapist will teach you specific techniques to give your baby a massage. We will demonstrate on a doll, while you massage your baby.

A handout detailing techniques will be provided so that you can keep practicing.

The easiest time to begin infant massage is in the first 5 months, and it is definitely easier before your baby is turning over and getting mobile. But, honestly, you can still learn on a crawler or a toddler (it's just more work!).

When you sign up, we will send you a detailed list on how to get prepared and are available if you'd like to chat first!

Book an online one-to-one appointment with Nicole to more strategically balance out your body for prenatal comfort and birth. We'll customize the session to what you need right now -- "prepare your pelvic floor for birth" to "better breathing for back and rib pain" to "hack your pillows for better sleep." We will combine myofascial stretching, movement and breathing techniques to help you find more comfort and stack the cards in your favor for an easier birth.

Nicole is a Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner, with a background in yoga and movement practices such as One Strong Mama and Katy Bowman's Nutritious Movement.
